Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen cubed hash brown
- 30 oz chicken stock
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 4 stripes bacon optional cook before starting soup
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Mexican cheese blend
- 1 tbsp onion salt
- 1 tsp garlic salt

Instructions
- Cook the 4 strips of bacon. You can also buy precooked and warm it up.
- Than melting the butter and sautéing the potatoes for about 5 minutes in the soup pot
- Than add the the chicken stock, cream of chicken, cheddar cheese soup, Mexican cheese blend, cream cheese, onion salt, bacon and garlic salt. ** Continue to stir while adding each ingredient.
- Let all the cheese melt and enjoy!
- Optional I added some cheese on top with some chopped green onions
