Sous Vide Cheesecake Recipe
Sous vide is my new favorite way to cook! Wow this sous vide cheesecake recipe awesome! Texture was perfect and had a great taste. You can top these with any fruit or ice cream topping. If you interested in getting a sous vide you can buy one here. I have the Anova 800 which is bluetooth. It works perfect and I highly recommend it. They do have a wifi version which allows you to monitor you cooking time when not at home but I really haven't seen a need. Its still new so ill let you all know if anything comes up. It does work with most pots.
