Sausage Egg Cheese Muffin
No “Mc” in this sausage, egg, and cheese muffin! I can tell you these taste way better than the frozen version at the Golden Arches. Fresh ingredients alway taste better than frozen recooked! The trick of making these are using egg rings! If you don’t have a set check them out on amazon – Egg Rings
They help make the perfect sausage patty and eggs! You can use any kind of sausage and cheese. Also cook the egg to your liking. I like having a little yoke.
