No "Mc" in this sausage, egg, and cheese muffin! I can tell you these taste way better than the frozen version at the Golden Arches. Fresh ingredients alway taste better than frozen recooked! The trick of making these are using egg rings! If you don't have a set check them out on amazon - Egg Rings
They help make the perfect sausage patty and eggs! You can use any kind of sausage and cheese. Also cook the egg to your liking. I like having a little yoke.

Ingredients
- 1 English Muffin
- 1 Egg
- 1 Sausage Patty Make the size of egg ring
- 1 slice cheese I use white cheddar
- 1 tbsp Butter butter the muffin and use in pan to cook egg

Instructions
- Make sausage patty size of egg ring and then cook.
- Once sausage is cooked, place egg ring in pan and cook egg.
- While egg is cooking toast the English muffin in toaster
- Place cheese on the muffin, add sausage, and egg. I put the cheese on bottom so the heat will melt it.
- Optional - Add a layer of jam! You wont be disappointed!
