I feel that French onion soup you either love it or hate it. I am a big fan of and always wanted to make it at home. Also I wanted to try using my new Cooking Torch! My new favorite tool in the kitchen. This recipe has great flavor and great start. You can defiantly add things to it.  I also had a great tip from @dopemaui808 on Instagram about saving beef bones in the freezer and adding them for more flavor! Next time I make it I’m going to try this! If you have any times let me know by commenting!
