Easy Real Corn, Corn Bread

Its that time of year were many are making chili and need a nice corn bread (with real corn) to go with it. This was a family recipe that I made and it turned out perfect. You do need a flour sift to make this. If you don't have one you can get one here. This really impressed my wife who had to have several servings!

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. In a bowl sift together cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and the salt
  3. Add the half and half, beaten eggs, melted butter and salt. Mix together
  4. Once mixed add the corn and stir only a few times
  5. Pour mix into a greased 9 by 9 pan
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Check the middle to make sure its cooked
  7. Enjoy!
