Easy Philly Cheese Steak

Well I have to say I enjoy a good Philly Cheesesteak. There are tons of ways to make these and even more cheese options. I prefer white cheddar but you can really use whatever your like. If you do have a favorite let me know! I used a electric griddle to cook these but you can use a nonstick pan. I liked this electric griddle – Click Here My kids really enjoyed these!

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Prep all ingredients. Chop onions, mushrooms and peppers. You will also chop the roast beef.
  2. On a hot griddle add the avocado oil with medium heat. Add the roast beef and all toppings.
  3. Let cook and stir so no to burn
  4. Once the meat and toppings are looking finished add 2 slices of white cheddar cheese.
  5. When the cheese is starting to melt take your hoagie and scoop it all in.
  6. Enjoy!
