Well I have to say I enjoy a good Philly Cheesesteak. There are tons of ways to make these and even more cheese options. I prefer white cheddar but you can really use whatever your like. Ingredients
- 1 Hoagie Bread Roll
- 2-3 Slices Roast Beef Deli Meat chopped
- 2 slices white cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onions optional
- 1/4 cup fresh mushrooms optional
- 1/4 cup peppers optional
- 1-2 tbsp avocado oil

Instructions
- Prep all ingredients. Chop onions, mushrooms and peppers. You will also chop the roast beef.
- On a hot griddle add the avocado oil with medium heat. Add the roast beef and all toppings.
- Let cook and stir so no to burn
- Once the meat and toppings are looking finished add 2 slices of white cheddar cheese.
- When the cheese is starting to melt take your hoagie and scoop it all in.
- Enjoy!
