Ingredients

large head cauliflower
chopped into small pieces
1/2

kosher salt

heavy whipping cream
2

Cream Cheese
2

Sharp Cheddar Cheese
shredded
1/4

ground pepper
1/8
tsp
garlic powder
1 1/2
tsp
dijon mustard
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 375 degrees.
Cook 4 pieces of bacon. Once cooked chop into small pieces. Set to the side
In a large pot, boil water with the kosher salt, and place the chopped cauliflower
Cook cauliflower for about 5 minutes. Drain the cauliflower. Place it back in pan and set to the side
In a sause pan bring the whipping cream to a simmer. Than add the cream cheese and mustard and whisk until its smooth.
Now stir in the 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese, salt and pepper, and the garlic. Whisk until the cheese melts.
Spray an 8 by 8 baking dish with vegetable oil and spread cauliflower evenly
Then pour the cheese sauce and stir to make it even
add the 1/2 cup of left over cheese and the bacon bits
Cook for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is browned
Let it sit for 5 minutes to cool and then enjoy
